tk70 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope. These Terms apply to all services offered by tk70, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, instant win games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the tk70 platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method.

1.2 Definitions. "Account" means a registered user account on the tk70 platform. "Balance" means the total of confirmed, verified funds held in your Account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to your Account subject to wagering requirements. "Real Money Funds" means deposits and verified winnings held in your Account. "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible product on the platform.

1.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version made available for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

1.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules communicated to you at the time of participation, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk70 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements.

1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the tk70 platform. tk70 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at tk70's sole discretion.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. tk70 is an international offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. tk70 does not make representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the tk70 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use tk70: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of tk70 or any of its associated companies; (b) immediate family members of such persons residing in the same household; (c) persons who have registered for self-exclusion on the tk70 platform and whose self-exclusion period has not expired; (d) persons who have been permanently barred from the platform.

3.1 Registration Process. To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You must not impersonate any other person or provide false information during registration.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. tk70 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. tk70 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.

3.3 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your Account profile promptly. tk70 is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated Account information.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify tk70 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. tk70 will never contact you to request your password.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting tk70 support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tk70 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be communicated via the platform Cashier. Third-party payment services not listed in the Cashier are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Cashier.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account balance within five minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer and are subject to standard inter-bank clearing times. tk70 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. tk70 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

4.5 Own Payment Methods. You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

4.6 Deposit Integrity. tk70 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, tk70 may be required to report the activity to relevant authorities.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made from the Real Money Funds portion of your Account balance. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds in your Account have been fulfilled or the Bonus Funds have been forfeited.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method supporting outgoing transfers. tk70 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative approved payment method where necessary.

5.3 Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tk70 may request documentary evidence of your identity, address, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Delays in providing requested documentation will result in corresponding delays to withdrawal processing.

5.4 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 to 30 minutes for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to three business days for bank transfer withdrawals, following successful verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for enhanced due diligence reviews.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. VIP account holders may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits subject to account status and verification.

6.1 Promotional Offers. tk70 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotional credits. The specific terms of each promotion — including minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal from bonus — will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where a promotion does not specify individual terms, these general Terms apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. tk70 monitors Account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in profit from a bonus offer; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements; and placing low-risk bets (e.g., covering all outcomes) to satisfy wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, tk70 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery of any losses caused to the platform.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific terms of a promotional offer state otherwise, only one active bonus may be applied to your Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6.5 Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from unused Bonus Funds that have not been withdrawn prior to the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to monitor your bonus expiry dates within your Account dashboard.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. tk70 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed platform risk thresholds, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, and bets from accounts under review.

7.2 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds or pricing — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp" — tk70 reserves the right to void the affected bet regardless of whether a confirmation was issued. Bets placed in circumstances where a player knew or reasonably should have known that the price was erroneous will be voided. The standard for identifying a palpable error is whether a reasonable person would have recognised the price as clearly incorrect.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play period; the market is suspended and the bet was accepted in error; a palpable error in pricing is identified; or prohibited activity is associated with the bet or the Account.

7.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Live odds change in real time. tk70 does not guarantee that a live bet request will be processed at the displayed price at the time of submission; price changes may occur between submission and confirmation. Where a live bet is rejected due to a price change, the player will be notified and may choose to accept the new price or cancel the request.

7.5 Cricket-Specific Rules. For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international cricket matches, the following apply: (a) a match that is abandoned due to weather or other external factors before the completion of the minimum over requirement specified for the relevant market will be voided; (b) the result of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method calculation constitutes an official result for settled markets; (c) player prop bets (e.g., top batter, top bowler) require the named player to participate in the match for the bet to stand.

7.6 Casino Game Rules. All casino games available on the tk70 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, unsettled bets will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk70 platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game mode.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting algorithms, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between markets for risk-free profit, particularly in combination with bonus funds.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform infrastructure, other players' accounts, or tk70's internal systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals on deposits made to your Account without first contacting tk70 support to resolve any dispute.
• Minor Access: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward tk70 customer support staff via any communication channel.

9.1 Commitment. tk70 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. We make a range of tools available to help players manage their gambling activity, and we encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, during which the existing lower limit remains in force.

9.3 Loss Limits. Players may set loss limits that restrict the total amount they can lose within a specified time period. Loss limits follow the same implementation rules as deposit limits.

9.5 Cooling-Off Periods. Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes but no deposits or bets may be placed.

9.6 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for an extended period may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the tk70 platform — including but not limited to the tk70 brand name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, data, and game content — is the exclusive property of tk70 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Limited Licence. tk70 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, scraping, mirroring, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the platform.

10.3 User Restrictions. You may not use the tk70 name, logo, or any other brand identifiers in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or association with tk70 without prior written consent. Unauthorised commercial use of any tk70 intellectual property is prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability. tk70 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. tk70 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

11.2 Betting Outcomes. Gambling involves financial risk. tk70 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the platform. The risk of financial loss rests entirely with the player. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

11.3 Third-Party Services. tk70 integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. tk70 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party services, provided that tk70 has taken reasonable steps to select reputable and reliable service providers.

11.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk70's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

11.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tk70, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

12.1 Right to Amend. tk70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the platform and, where the change is material, via direct notification to registered players by email or in-platform message.

12.2 Effective Date of Changes. Updated Terms become effective on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the notice is published for material changes. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 Review Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version was published. If you do not accept a proposed change, you must stop using the platform and may close your Account before the effective date of the change.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tk70 is incorporated as an international offshore entity. References to applicable law in these Terms include the laws and regulations of that jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution — First Step. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the tk70 platform, you agree to first contact tk70 customer support in writing at [email protected] and allow tk70 a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days to investigate and respond before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory complaint.

13.3 Dispute Resolution — Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described in clause 13.2, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless a mediator determines otherwise.

13.4 Time Limit for Claims. Any claim arising from your use of the tk70 platform must be submitted in writing to tk70 support within 6 months of the date on which you became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

14.1 Support Contact.
